Warranty Policy

All EAL Company LED products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for two year from the date of purchase.Within this period, EAL will repair or replace any components which fail in normal use. Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the customer, provided that the customer shall be responsible for any transportation cost incurred to return the product to EAL company.
The lifespan of LED lights up to 30000-50000hours and have 2-5 years warranty.
The lifespan of HID xenon bulb up to 3000-5000hours and have 18-36 months warranty at least.

EAL's liability in all events is limited (to the extent applicable laws allow) to the purchase price paid for the product or to the repair or replacement of the product (or the defective part or parts of the product) provided that:
- The defects have arisen solely from faulty materials or workmanship
- Before using the product the buyer has determined its suitability for the purpose to which it will be put

This warranty is void if any product has been connected or used in conjunction with any incorrect or unapproved power supply or controller. This warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, misuse, accident or unauthorized alterations or repairs.
